Some users, in particular those using Macs, have been experiencing trouble recording. The recordings may be truncated to just a few seconds, or in some cases the browser or flash plugin may crash. At the moment the default connection to our recording server is specially configured to get through firewalls. But it seems that this may be causing instability. The quick fix is to change the PoodLL Server Port Number on the PoodLL filter settings page from 443 to 1935. This may prevent you recording if you are behind a school firewall, so only change this setting if you are experiencing similar problems to those described above.
If your browser or flash plugin has crashed, either unplug your microphone and camera and restart your browser, or restart your computer before you try again with the new settings. We are working on a solution to the problem, and will post an updated version soon.
