PoodLL for Moodle 2.3 BETA release

Here is a BETA version of PoodLL for Moodle 2.3, for testers. It contains most of the fixes, but does not yet fix some non-critical issues. Chiefly it does not fix the outsized recorders in the repository. Only install it on Moodle 2.3, some changes in the Moodle repository API, mean we can’t cover both bases.
