Why is there no free trial?
If you book a call we can set up a free trial for your school.
When the $5 trial ends will I be charged for the subscription?
No. The subscription will be cancelled automatically at the end of the trial and you will not be charged.
What is an active user?
An active user logged in recently. If your plan allows 100 active users and you register 120 users, then the 20 users who logged in least recently will be suspended.
Can we pay for Poodll by invoice?
Yes, we accept payments by invoice for annual subscriptions. Contact us to arrange it.
We have more than 400 users. What should we do?
We will create a custom plan for you. Custom prices over 400 users start from US$6 per user per year. Please contact us to discuss further.
Do you support other currencies?
Yes, we accept payments in USD, EUR, JPY, AUD, CAD and GBP. Please contact us to set it up.
Can I install plugins by myself?
No. You are limited to just the plugins that we have set up for you.
Can we sell courses on Poodll Classroom?
Yes. Stripe enrolment is set up so you just connect your Stripe acccount with an API key and you can sell enrollments.
